| Résumé: | تعتبر السياسة المالية أداة مهمة لعلاج الاختلالات الاقتصادية في اقتصاديات الدور المتقدمة والنامية والجزائر مثل بقية الدول النامية عانت من اختلالات في البنية الاقتصادية والتي من بينها ظاهرة التضخم ويزداد تأثير التضخم على اقتصاديات البلدان كلما توافرت البيئة المناسبة لتنامي الضغوط التضخمية في الاقتصاد، والتي تعتمد في تأثيرها على مجموعة من العوامل والمتغيرات التي تساهم في تغذية الضغوط التضخمية ودفع مستويات الأسعار المحلية بكو الارتفاع، كابعزائر عانت من ىاتو المشكلة وغيرها من الاختلالات الاقتصادية، والتي انعكست سلبا على اقتصادها، وسعت الجزائر للتخفيف من هذه الظاهرة فقامت بالاستعانة بأدوات السياسة المالية المختلفة فتبنت سياسات إنفاقية وإيرادية وغيرها، بهدف الخروج من مأزق التضخم، ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحليل مدى فعالية السياسة المالية في الجزائر ومساهمتها في ضبط معدلات التضخم في - " الفتًرة 2000-2016 كذلك من خلال تحليل كل من أدوات السياسة المالية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل تطور معدلات التضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري. |
| Description: | The financial policy is an important tool for treating the economic imbalances in the economies of developed and developing countries. Algeria, like the rest of the developing countries suffered from imbalances in economic infrastructure, including the phenomenon of inflation. It is clear that inflation increases the impact on the economies of the countries whenever an appropriate inflationary environment grows with pressures in the economy. All this depends in its impact on a variety of factors and variables that contribute to feed the inflationary pressures causing domestic price levels to rise. Algeria has suffered from this problem and other economic imbalances, which reflected negatively on the economy, and has sought to mitigate this phenomenon by the various financial policy tools and willingness in importations and other policies, wanting by that to get out of the dilemma of inflation. This is what justifies the present study; in which we try to analyze the effectiveness of the financial policy in Algeria and its contribution in controlling inflation rates in the period "2000-2016", through analysis of all of the tools of financial policy, in addition to analysing the development of the inflation rates in the Algerian economy |
