| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مدى أهمية العناصر غير المادية على جودة حياة العمل في نظر الموظف الجزائري، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة في كلية العلوم الإقتصادية و التجارية و علوم التسيير بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت و اعتمد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية و المكونة من 14 عبارة حيث وزعت الاستمارة ، ثم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العناصر غير المادية لها أثر كبير على جودة حياة العمل في الكلية. |
| Description: | This study aimed to test the extent of the importance of non-material elements on the quality of work life in the eyes of the Algerian employee. A phrase where the form was distributed, then the study data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program spss. The study concluded that the non-material elements have a significant impact on the quality of work life in the college. |
