| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة إلى موضوع أهمية تخطيط القوى العاملة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ،حيث انطلقنا في هذه الدراسة من الإشكالية التالية : ما أهمية تخطيط القوى العاملة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ؟ مبرزين أهم الجوانب المتعلقة بهذه العملية ومدى أهميتها في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسات ورفع إنتاجيتها ومنحها الميزة التنافسية في الأسواق. وقد أثبتت بعض الدراسات أن مصطلح تخطيط القوى العاملة له عدة مصطلحات مرتبطة ببعضها البعض : كالتخطيط ، تخطيط الموارد البشرية ، تخطيط القوى العاملة ، حيث يعرف تخطيط القوى العاملة بأنه استًراتيجية الحصول على قوى عاملة بالعدد ، النوع ، و المستوى المطلوب لإنجاز مهامهم في مختلف مواقع العمل وفي الوقت المحدد. |
| Description: | The study aims at the importance of manpower planning in the economic institution، as we started in this study of the following problematic: the importance of manpower planning in the economic institution ? Shaped the most important aspects related to this process and its importance in achieving the objectives of institutions and raise productivity and give them competitive advantage in the markets. Some studies have proved that the term manpower planning has several related terms each other : such as planning , human resources planning , manpower planning , where it is defined manpower planning as a strategy of getting a workforce by number , type, and level required to complete their tasks at different duty stations on the specified time. |
