| Résumé: | تعتبر التنمية البشرية ضرورة حتمية للنهوض بالاقتصاد، وحتى تتحقق هذه التنمية لابد لها من مقومات ويعتبر العنصر البشري من أهمها، فيجب على المؤسسات الاهتمام به وتسييره والاستثمار فيه، بحيث له تأثير فعال على سياسة التشغيل وذلك من خلال الدور الذي يقوم به، لذلك سعت الدول بما فيها الجزائر إلى تحسينه وتطويره باعتباره عامل مهم وأساسي، إلا إن عملية إعداده تتطلب نظام تعليمي وتكويني كفئ فعال من أجل تحضيره للدخول إلى سوق العمل والمساهمة في خلق فرص التشغيل والقضاء على البطالة. |
| Description: | Human development is an imperative necessity for the advancement of the economy. In order to achieve this development, it must have elements. The human element is of the most important. Institutions must take care of it and invest in it, so that it has an effective impact on the operating policy through the role it plays. In which Algeria is to be improved and developed as an important and essential factor. However, the process of preparing it requires an educational system and is an effective resource for preparing it to enter the labor market and contribute to creating employment opportunities and eliminating unemployment. |
