| Résumé: | تعد جدولة عمليات الإنتاج احدى المجالات المهمة التي تتخذ ضمن قرارات التخطيط و السيطرة على الإنتاج اذ يسعى المجدول إلى مطابقة الموارد المطلوبة للإيفاء بالإلتزامات تجاه الزبائن مع الموارد المتاحة مثل ساعات عمل المكائن, وساعات عمل العاملين, والمواد الأولية و غيرها, وأن الجزء المهم عند وضع جدولة كفؤة هو اصدار أوامر عمل لمعالجة عدد من الأعمال على المكائن المتاحة لتحقيق معايير معينة أبرزها تخفيض وقت الإكمال الكلي للأعمال(زمن التصنيع) وتقليص الكلف وغيرها |
| Description: | Scheduling production processes is an important area of planning and control decisions. The scheduler seeks to match the resources required to meet customer obligations, with available resources, such as machine hours, employee working hours, raw materials and others. An efficient scheduling is the issuance of work orders to handle a number of works on the machines available to achieve certain criteria, most notably reducing the total completion time of the work (manufacturing time) and reducing costs and others. |
