| Abstract: | أصبحت المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة من اهم المواضيع المتداولة نظرا لدورها الفعال في مختلف مجالات النشاط الاقتصادي باعتبارها أفضل الوسائل للإنعاش الاقتصادي ، من خلال سهولة تكيفها و مرونتها التي تجعلها قادرة على الجمع بين التنمية الاقتصادية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى كونها وسيلة إيجابية لفتح أفاق العمل من خلال توفير مناصب الشغل و خلق الثروة، و بإمكانها رفع تحـديات المــنافسة في ظل الانفتاح على العالم الخارجي وتحرير التجارة الخارجية واشتداد حدة المنافسة. |
