| Abstract: | إن الأثر الذي أحدثته تكنولوجيا المعلومات على إدارة الموارد البشرية مع دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة نفطال تيارت، حيث تم التركيز في هذه الدراسة على دو رها في تعزيز فعالية وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية. وبعد إستعراض المفاهيم النظرية بتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وإدارة الموارد البشرية، تأتي الدراسة الميدانية في محاولة لإبراز واقع تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مؤسسة نفطال فرع تيارت وأثرها على إدارة الموارد البشرية، وذلك بدراسة توفر الأجهزة والمعدات، وإستخدام المورد البشري لها والتدرب عليها . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة. |
| Description: | we will deal with the effect impacted by information technologies on human resources management by using a field study on Tiaret NAFTAL Company. This study stresses the role of information technologies in enhancing the effectiveness of human resources management roles After casting light on the theoritical concepts concerning information technologies and human resources management, a field study follows in an atempt to show the outcome of information technologies application in NAFTAL Company on human resources management. All this by providing necessary equipments and tools and by using the human source in it and practising its use. The study uncovered evidence that there is an effect of information technologies application on human resources management. |
