| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحليل مدى فعالية برامج المرافقة المقاولاتية في دعم المقاولين في الجزائر ، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية شملت تحليل لمختلف الاحصائيات المرتبط ببرامج المرافقة المقاولاتية المقدمة من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ولاية تيارت، اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية انه و بالرغم من المساهمة الفعالة التي تتميز بها اليات الدعم و المرافقة المقدمة من قبل الوكالة الا انها تبقى غير مرضية و ناقصة بالنسبة لأصحاب هذه المشاريع، وانها بحاجة الى تفعيلها و تطويرها لمستوى اعلى. |
| Description: | The objective of this study is to analyze the extent of the efficiency of the business accompaniment programs in supporting the contractors in Algeria. To achieve this objective, we conducted a field study that included an analysis of various statistics related to the accompaniment programs provided by the National Agency for Youth Employment Support in the state of Tiaret. The effective contribution of the support and accompaniment mechanisms provided by the Agency remains unsatisfactory and incomplete for the owners of these projects, and they need to be activated and developed to a higher level. |
