dc.description	- This study aims to study the public budget deficit through a standard study of the structure of public expenditures and public revenues, and its effect on the budget balance for the period (1990-2019), depending on the method, VECM, stability testing and the causation test of Kranger. , And that there is a causal relationship from the revenue structure towards the balance of the general budget, and a causal relationship in one direction of the expenditures towards the budget balance, and that the study suggested the need to diversify sources of revenue and not rely on unconventional financing to cover the budget deficit.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	- تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة عجز المیزانیة العامة من خلال دراسة قیاسیة لهیكل النفقات العامة والإیرادات العامة، وأثره على رصید المیزانیة للفترة (1990-2019) وذلك بالاعتماد على طریقة VECMواختبار الأستقرارية وإختبار سببیة قرانجر، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنیة طویلة الأجل بین متغیرات الدراسة، وبأن هناك علاقة سببیة من هیكل الإیرادات نحو رصید المیزانیة العامة، وعلاقة سببیة في اتجاه واحد من نفقات التسییر نحو رصید المیزانیة كما أن الدراسة اقترحت بضرورة تنویع مصادر الإیرادات وعدم الاعتماد على التمویل غیر التقلیدي لتغطیة عجز المیزانیة.	en_US
