| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى اهتمام الدولة بقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة من خلال مختلف القوانين والآليات التي وضعتها للنهوض به ، وواقع هذه المؤسسات في الجزائر من خلال مدى تطورها و مساهمتها في التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية في ظل الإهتمام المتزايد بها. وكذلك التعرف على تعدد أنماط تمويلها من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي لمعرفة نجاعة وفعالية بنك البدر في تمويلها . حيث توصلت الدراسة أنه كلما كانت القدرات التمويلية الخاصة بهذه المؤسسات ضعيفة لجأت إلى التمويل البنكي كونه أحد أهم مصادر التمويل لضمان استمراريتها ، ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها من قبل الإستقصاء اتضح لنا فعالية البنك في التمويل كونه المصدر الملائم لهذه المؤسسات. |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the extent of the Government interest in the sector of small and medium enterprises through the various laws and mechanisms that it has set for the advancement of it, and the reality of these institutions in Algeria through the extent of their development and their contribution to economic and social development in light of the increased interest in them. As well as identifying the multiplicity of its financing patterns through conducting a field study where the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were used to know the Efficiency and effectiveness of Badr Bank in its financing. Where the study found that whenever the financing capabilities of these institutions are weak, they resorted to bank financing as it is one of the most important sources of financing to ensure its continuity, and through the results obtained by the survey, it became clear to us the bank’s effectiveness in financing being the appropriate source for these institutions. |
