| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع أثر التخطيط المالي على أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال عرض أهم المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بالتخطيط المالي، وكذلك إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه هذا الأخير كوظيفة إدارية داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية قصد تحديد احتياجاتها المالية عن طريق الموازنات التقديرية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، كما تم استخدام أدوات التحليل المالي من نسب مالية ومؤشرات التوازن المالي في الدراسة التحليلية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التخطيط المالي يعد من أهم الأساليب التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة في الكشف عن مدى سلامة أوضاعها وتصحيح الانحرافات إن وجدت مما يؤدي إلى تحقيق الأداء المتميز. |
| Description: | This study aimed to examine the impact of financial planning on the performance of the Algerian economic institution. This is by presenting the main theoretical concepts related to financial planning, as well as highlighting the role that it plays as an administrative function within the economic institution, in order to determine its financial needs through estimated budgets. The study is based on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, besides, financial analysis tools such as financial ratios and financial balance indicators were used in the analytical study. The study concluded that financial planning is among the most significant methods that the institution relies on in detecting the extent of its safety and correcting deviations, if any, which leads to achieving outstanding performance. |
