| Résumé: | أصبحت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة العصب الحقيقي للإقتصاد الوطني نتيجة الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه وهذا من خلال مساهمتها في الناتج المحلي الخام والقيمة المضافة، وكذا خلق مناصب شغل وبالرغم من ان هذه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والأعمال التي تقوم بها الا انها تعاني من مشكل التمويل، ومن أجل التصدي لهذا المشكل قامت السلطات والوزارة المالية بإنشاء هيئات حكومية متخصصة في تقديم الدعم المالي، ومرافقة هذه المؤسسات في جميع المراحل لتشجيعها وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو ومن بين هذه الهيئات التي تبنتها الحكومة ، نجد صناديق ضمان القروض للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الذي يهدف الى تغطية المبالغ والضمانات التي تطلبها البنوك من طالبي القروض للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. |
| Description: | Small and medium enterprises have become the true backbone of the national economy as a result of the effective role they play, and this is through their contribution to the gross domestic product and the added value, as well as the creation of job opportunities . For this problem, the authorities and the Ministry of Finance have established governmental bodies specialized in providing financial support, and accompanying these institutions at all stages to encourage them and achieve stability and growth.
