| Résumé: | تلعب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دورا هاما وأساسيا في استراتيجيات التنمية الاقتصادية في شتى دول العالم، فهي تمثل جزءا كبيرا من قطاع الإنتاج، ويرى العديد من الاقتصاديين أنّ تشجيع إقامتها يعتبر من أهم عوامل التّنمية الاِقتصادية والاِجتماعية في شتّى الدّول خاصّة الدّول النّامية، حيث أصبحت البديل الأقوى أمام مختلف الاِقتصاديات باِعتبارها قوة أساسية لزيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية من ناحية والمساهمة في معالجة مشكلتي الفقر والبطالة من ناحية أخرى ، و تحتاج هذه المؤسسات إلى تمويل مصرفي من أجل ترقيتها و استمراريتها ، و هذا التمويل يظهر في صيغ منها القروض بأنواعها ، و كذا التمويلات المستحدثة (التمويل التأجيري ، عقد تحويل الفاتورة ، نظام حضانات الأعمال ). |
