| Résumé: | أصبح الفعل المقاولاتي أداة فاعلة للتخفيف من المشاكل الإجتماعية وتحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية بكل أشكالها وتوفير فرص العمل وخلق الثروة والوظيفة، إلا أن اهتمام الشباب بالفعل المقاولاتي يواجه العديد من الصعوبات والتحديات من خلال تداخل ثقافة المقاولة بالثقافة المجتمعية في صورة العائلة والمرجعية الدينية، وحتى تأثيرات البيئة الإقتصادية من تشريعات ومرافقة واحتضان، على الرغم من مختلف مبادرات الدولة في تفعيل أجهزة تدعم تجسيد الأفكار الإنتاجية والإبداعية، هذا الأمر فرض منطقه على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تبني أساليب جديدة ومستحدثة في خضم التنافسية المحلية والعالمية من خلال الذكاء الإقتصادي في استغلال فرص الاستثمار والمبتكرات التكنولوجية |
