| Résumé: | نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور سياسة التعليم الصحة بإعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية في التنمية، ويتجسد تحقيقها من خلال الإصلاحات والبرامج التي إتبعتها الدول الجزائرية من أجل النهوض ببيئة الإعمال التي تحدد لنا موقع تنافسية الدولة ضمن المؤشرات التنافسية الدولية التي تهتم بهذه البيئة. وهدف هذه الدراسة هو توضيح تأثير سياسية التعليم والصحة التي تميزت بسياسة اجتماعية سخية، لا سيما من خلال مجانية العلاج، وتعميم التعليم، على التنمية المحلية داعمة لبيئة الأعمال، ومن خلال تسليط الضوء على ممارسات الميزانية للدولة وسبل تفعيل إدارة السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتحليل مؤشرات ومختلف الاستراتيجيات والإصلاحات المعتمدة لرفع مستويات الاقتصاد الوطني للفترة 2021-2000 ، بغية قياس اثر سياسات الصحة والتعليم على التنمية باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDL ، تشير النتائج إلى أن أن الانفاق على الرعاية الصحية والانفاق على التعليم وحجم السكان لها اثر سلبي على نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، بينما المدرجين في التعليم الابتدائي و مكافحة الفساد فإن لها اثر إيجابي في المدى القصير والطويل. |
| Description: | Through this study, we try to identify the role of health education policy as the main pillar in development, and its achievement is embodied through the reforms and programs followed by the Algerian countries in order to promote the business environment that determines the state’s competitive position within the international competitive indicators that care about this environment. The aim of this study is to clarify the impact of the education and health policy, which was characterized by a generous social policy, especially through free treatment and the generalization of education, on local development supportive of the business environment, and by shedding light on the state’s budgetary practices and ways to activate the management of economic and social policies and analysis of indicators and various strategies And the reforms adopted to raise the levels of the national economy for the period 2000-2021, in order to measure the impact of health and education policies on development using the ARDL model, the results indicate that spending on health care, spending on education and population size have a negative impact on per capital of GDP, while those included in primary education and anti-corruption have a positive impact in the short and long term. |
