| Résumé: | حاولت هذه الدراسة إبراز الأهمية البالغة للرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات خصوصا في الوقت الراهن ما يجعلها تعتبر العنصر الأساسي الأول في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، فعلى إثرها يمكن القول أن كسب حصص سوقية كبيرة للمؤسسات مرهون بمدى تطبيقها لذا تسعى مختلف المؤسسات العامة والخاصة إلى الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من أجل الرفع من قدراتها التنافسية وتحقيق الريادة والتميز، كما بينا أن لرقمنة الخدمات أهميه واضحة في نجاح تلك المؤسسات وإسهامها في تحويلها من مؤسسات ذات خدمات تقليدية إلى مؤسسات ذات خدمات الكترونية تنتهج وتطبق الرقمنة، وقد تعاظم دور هذه الأخيرة، في الوقت الذي أدرك الباحثون أن بناء الميزة التنافسية وإدامتها يعتمد أساسا على كيفية تقديم خدمة ذات جودة اعتمادا على الوسائط الالكترونية باعتبارها وسيلة هامة لتقدم و تطور حياه الإنسان في وقت يعتبر فيه التحول الرقمي أهم سبيل لتحقيق الرقي والتطور في مختلف المجالات. |
| Description: | This study attempted to highlight the critical importance of digitization in improving the quality of services, especially at the present time, which makes it the first essential element in achieving competitive advantage. As a result, it can be said that gaining large market shares for institutions depends on the extent of their application. Therefore, various public and private institutions seek to invest in information technology. And communication in order to increase their competitiveness and achieve leadership and excellence, as we have shown that the digitization of services is clearly important for the success of these institutions and their contribution to transforming them from institutions with traditional services to institutions with electronic services that pursue and apply digitization, and the role of the latter has increased, at a time when researchers realized Building and sustaining a competitive advantage mainly depends on how to provide a quality service based on electronic media as an important means for the progress and development of human life at a time when digital transformation is the most important way to achieve progress and development in various fields. |
