| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور ادارة الموارد البشرية في الابداع الاداري في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، حيث تبين لنا من خلال دراستنا لهذا الموضوع ، انه بفضل ممارسات ووظائف ادارة الموارد البشرية و تكامل انشطتها يتحقق الابداع الاداري ، فهناك حاجة لوجوده في المؤسسات باعتباره عملية متكاملة و منظمة ناتجة عن القرارات المدروسة والتفكيرالمنظم للأفراد داخل المؤسسة ، والذي بدوره يلعب دورا مهما في تفعيل اداء المؤسسات و تفوقها خاصة في ادارة الموارد البشرية التي لها دور في غاية الاهمية في تفعيل و انجاح الابداع بمختلف انواعه و مستوياته وهذا ما يوضح العلاقة بين ادارة الموارد البشرية و الابداع الاداري. |
| Description: | This study aimed to know the role of human resources management in administrative creativity in the economic enterprise, as it became clear to us through our study of this topic, that thanks to the practices and functions of human resources management and the integration of its activities, administrative creativity is achieved, so there is a need for its presence in institutions as an integrated and productive organization. On the studied decisions and organized thinking of individuals within the organization, which in turn plays an important role in activating the performance of institutions and their superiority, especially in the management of human resources, which have a very important role in activating and the success of creativity in its various types and levels, and this explains the relationship between resource management Mankind and administrative creativity. |
