| Abstract: | جاء هذا البحث بهدف تسليط الضوء على مختلف أنواع مصادر المعلومات بدءا من المخطوطات و التي تعتبر من أهم مصادر المعرفة والاولية ، مرورا بالكتب و الدوريات و الأعمال المرجعية و الببليوغرافية إلى اللاورقية ، مصادر السمعية البصرية و المصغرات الفيلمية إلى مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية الحديثة المتمثلة في الأنترنت ، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أشكال مصادر المعلومات التقليدية و أهميتها وصولا على المصادر الإلكترونية الأنترنت . -لقد عالجنا هذا الموضوع من جانبين الجانب النظري ، تضمن مقدمة و الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة ، و فصلين حيث خصص الفصل الأول للحديث عن مصادر المعلومات التقليدية الورقية أما الفصل الثاني فكان عبارة عن نظرة شاملة لمصادر المعلومات اللاورقية و الإلكترونية .والجانب التطبيقي كان عبارة عن دراسة إحصائية لعدد المخطوطات بالمركز الوطني بالولاية أدرار . - وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات عديدة منها : - للمخطوطات أهمية كبيرة لا يستهان بها ، وذلك من خلال محتواها العلمي و الفكري االذي تحمله بين طياتها ، و لكن هذا التراث لحد الساعة غير مستغل . - يقوم المركز الوطني بكافة العمليات الفنية و التقنية للمخطوطات من جرد و فهرسة و ترميم و رقمنة . وقد خلصنا إلى أهم التوصيات : -يجب أن يضع مشرفي و مسؤولي الخزنات الثقة التامة بالمركز الوطني بالإضافة إلى إستغمل نتائج عملية الرقمنة ، و إتاحتها على شبكة الانترنت للاستفادة منها. |
| Description: | This research came with the aim of shedding light on the various types of information sources, starting from manuscripts, which are considered one of the most important and primary sources of knowledge, through books, periodicals, reference and bibliographic works, to paperless, audio-visual sources and film thumbnails, to modern electronic information sources represented in the Internet. This study aims to highlight the forms of traditional information sources and their importance to the Internet. - We dealt with this topic from two aspects: the theoretical side, which included an introduction and methodological procedures for the study, and two chapters, where the first chapter was devoted to talking about traditional paper-based sources of information. The second chapter was a comprehensive view of paperless and electronic information sources. The practical aspect was a statistical study For the number of manuscripts in the National Center in the state Adrar. Finally, we reached a set of results and several recommendations, including:Manuscripts are of great importance to not be underestimated, through their scientific and intellectual content, which they carry with them, but this heritage until now is not exploited.The National Center performs all technical and technical operations of manuscripts, including inventory, indexing, restoration and digitization We made the most important recommendations:The supervisors and officials of the treasuries must put full confidence in the National Center in addition to exploiting the results of the digitization process, and making them available on the Internet to benefit from them. |
