| Abstract: | اهتمت الأمم بالأرشيف منذ القدم نظرا لأهميته والدور الذي تقوم به كونه دعامة من دعائم المجتمع، اذ ان مراكز ومصالح الأرشيف لم تبقى بعيدة عن التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة التي غزت كافة الميادين عملت على تطبيقها واستخدامها بتحويل المواد من شكلها التقليدي الى الشكل الرقمي الذي يساهم في تسهيل عملها التسيير الجيد واختزال كل العوائق والمشاكل التي تتعرض لها الوثائق الارشيفية باستخدام وسائط التخزين وللحفاظ على الأرشيف الرقمي والوثائق المرقمنة توجب عليها دراسة المخاطر التقنية والفنية التي تواجه امنه. وفي هذا الإطار جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على تجربة مصلحة الأرشيف لصندوق الوطني للتقاعد لولاية تيارت في استخدام مدى تطبيق رقمنة الأرشيف وإدارة المخاطر. جاءت هذه الدراسة في ثلاث فصول اثنان منهما نظرية ، حيث تناولنا الأرشيف من حيث مفهومه ، انواعه وأعماره وخصائصه وأهميته، ورقمنه الأرشيف أهدافها ومتطلباتها وإدارة المشاريع الرقمية. أما الفصل الأخير خصص للدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت في أرشيف الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد ولاية تيارت، وفي نهاية الدراسة قدمنا جملة من النتائج التي توصلنا اليها من خلال العناصر التي تناولتها الدراسة. |
| Description: | Nations have been interested in the archive since ancient times due to its importance and the role it plays as a pillar of society, as the centers and interests of the archive did not remain far from modern technological developments that invaded all fields. They worked on applying and using them by converting materials from their traditional form to the digital form, which contributes to facilitating their work. Good progress and reduction of all obstacles and problems faced by archival documents by using storage media, and to preserve the digital archive and digitized documents, it was necessary to study the technical and technical risks facing its security In this context, this research came to shed light on the experience of the Archives of the National Pension Fund for the State of Tiaret in using the extent of the application of archive digitization and risk management. This study came in three chapters, two of them theoretical, where we dealt with the archive in terms of its concept, types, age, characteristics, importance, digitization of the archive, its objectives and requirements, and the management of digital projects. As for the last chapter, it was devoted to the field study that was conducted in the archives of the National Pension Fund in the state of Tiaret. At the end of the study, we presented a set of results that we reached thr ough the elements coveredby the study |
