| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في دعم التعليم عن بعد في جامعة تيارت، وقد ركزنا في هذه الدراسة على موقع الفيسبوك كنموذج في عملية التعليم عن بعد وتطوير هذه العملية بين الطلبة والأساتذة للتواصل وتبادل المعلومات فيما بينهم، وإتاحة أعمالهم (بحوث، محاضرات، أسئلة...) عبر هذا الموقع. واعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع المعلومات، واتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وختمنا دراستنا هذه بمجموعة من النتائج اهمها : معظم الباحثين طلبة وأساتذة يستخدمون موقع الفيسبوك في التعليم عن بعد، والأغلبية ساعدهم هذا التنوع في المواقع والمنصات بشكل إيجابي في العملية التعليمية، حيث عملت هذه المواقع على فتح مجال واسع أمامهم لتبادل المعلومات ونشر وإتاحة أعمالهم من خلال الاعتماد على التكنولوجيات الحديثة، عكس المنصات التعليمية الأخرى مثل موودل التي لا تخلو من بعض المشاكل التي تحول من استخدامها بنجاح. |
| Description: | This study aims to reveal the extent of the use of social media and its role in supporting distance learning at the University of Tiaret .In this study, we focused on Facebook as a model in the distance learning process and the development of this process between students and teachers to communicate and exchange information between them, and to do their work (research, lectures, questions...) through this site. We relied on the questionnaire, interview and observation to collect information, and we followed the descriptive analytical approach, and we concluded this study with a set of results, the most important of which, are: Researchers, students and teachers use Facebook in distance learning .The majority of them have been helped by this diversity of sites and platforms positively in the educational process, as these sites have opened a wide field for them to exchange information, publish and do their work by relying on modern technology, unlike other educational platforms, such as Moodle, are full of problems that prevent them from being used successfully. |
