| dc.description | Through our study, we tried to shed light on the websites of national libraries available via the Internet, especially in light of the development of information technology. This is done by analyzing the criteria used in evaluating websites in order to know the extent of their application to these criteria. The process of evaluating websites on the Internet is one of the important aspects that can be taken into consideration to build good websites that provide services to meet the needs of beneficiaries. In this study, we discussed the evaluation of a website for the National Library through the application of our study in the third chapter, where we chose the King Fahd National Library website as a model in order to evaluate this website and try to find out the extent of its application to international standards, and the descriptive analytical approach was used in addition to observation as a basic tool of data collection tools. Through the analysis, we chose four criteria for evaluating the King Fahd National Library website in the district. Each criterion includes a set of indicators. This study showed in its results the conformity and suitability of the King Fahd National Library website to the set of criteria used in the process of evaluating websites on the Internet, as this website corresponds to various The four criteria applied in this study. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | حاولنا من خلال دراستنا هذه تسليط الضوء على المواقع الالكترونية للمكتبات الوطنية المتاحة عبر شبكة الانترنت خاصة في ظل تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات. وذلك من خلال تحميل المعايير المتبعة في تقييم المواقع بهدف معرفة مدى تطبيقها لهذه المعايير، ومنه تعد عملية تقييم المواقع الالكترونية على الأنترنت من الجوانب المهمة التي يمكن أخذها بعين الاعتبار لبناء مواقع جيدة تقدم خدمات لتلبية احتياجات المستفيدين . تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم موقع إلكتروني للمكتبة الوطنية وذلك من خلال تطبيق دراستنا في الفصل الثالث، حيث إخترنا موقع مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية كنموذجا من أجل تقييم هذا الموقع ومحاولة معرفة مدى تطبيقه للمعايير الدولية، كما تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة كأداة أساسية من أدوات جمع البيانات. من خلال التحميل قمنا باختيار أربع معايير لتقييم موقع مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية بحي كل معيار يتضمن مجموعة من المؤشرات وقد أظهرت هذه الدراسة في نتائجها تطابق وملاءمة موقع مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية لمجموعة المعايير المتبعة في عملية تقييم المواقع على شبكة الأنترنت إذ أن هذا الموقع يتوافق مع مختلف المعايير الأربعة المطبقة في هذه الدراسة. | en_US |
