| Abstract: | لقد عرفت مينة المكتبات تطورا كبيرا ر مقارنة بالسنوات الماضية ، مما أدى إلى تطور المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمهنة المكتبية من خلال طرق تسييرها وتطوير وسائل العمل الخاصة بها بحيث أدخلت التطور التكنولوجي على المهنة بحد ذاتها على العاملين بها من جهة أخرى بحيث أصبح المكتبي أخصائي معلومات يقوم بأدوار جديدة تمكنه من مواكبة العصر الرقمي من خلال المعرفة النظرية والتطبيقية والقدرة على تحديث معلوماتهم وتحليلها وربطها بالمجتمع الذي يعتمد في تطوره بصفة رئيسية على المعلومات والحاسبات الآلية وشبكة الأنترنت. |
| Description: | The librarian profession has witnessed a great development compared to the past years, which led to the development of concepts related to the librarian profession through its management methods and the development of its means of work so that the technological development of the profession itself was introduced to its employees on the other hand, so that the librarian became an information specialist who plays new roles that enable him to keep pace with the digital age through theoretical and applied knowledge and the ability to update and analyze their information and link it to the society development depends mainly on information, computers and the internet. |
