| Abstract: | إن الزيادة الهائلة في حجم المعلومات و التطورات الحاصلة على شبكة الانترنت و التغيرات التقنية التي فرضتها هذه البيئة ، و التنامي الكبير لمصادر المعلومات المتاحة عليها و التي عرفت تنوعا كبيرا، أدى إلى تزايد المحتوى الرقمي و تنوعه سواء على مستوى النص، الصورة ، و الفيديو، و أصبح الوصول إلى المعلومة الدقيقة و المناسبة للباحث أمر صعبا، مما دفع بالكثير من المختصين و المنظمات الخاصة بالنشر الالكتروني إلى التفكير في تنظيم هذه المعلومات و تسهيل عملية استرجاعها. و لكي يتم هذا التنظيم لابد من توفير آليات و ادوات تسهيل عملية الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات و إتاحتها ، و قد ساعدت تطورات الويب في ذلك ، و خاصة الواب الدلالي و ما انبثق عنه من تقنيات كالتكشيف الدلالي و الميتاداتا و الفهرسة الالكترونية إضافة إلى التصنيف الذي يعتبر من أهم مراحل التنظيم . ان تصنيف مصادر المعلومات على شبكة الانترنت يتطلب تقنيات خاصة بتنظيم المحتوى على الانترنت و من اهمها تقنية الفولكسونومي التي تتم فيها عملية التنظيم بمشاركة كل المستفيدين في عملية وصف المعلومات المتوفرة ، و تقنية الانطولوجيا التي تستعمل للدلالة على كتل البناء التي تستخدم في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي و هندسة النظم ، و تمثل تصنيف معقد للمفاهيم وحل المشكلات ذات الطابع الدلالي. و قد ساهمت هذه الآليات في تصنيف مصادر المعلومات بدقة كبيرة قدر الامكان و بالتالي سهولة استرجاعها و اتاحتها ، و فتحت للمستفيدين باب المشاركة الفاعلة في هذه العملية. |
| Description: | The huge increase in the volume of information and developments on the Internet, and the technological changes imposed by this environment, and the great growth of the sources of information available on it, which have known a great diversity, It has led to the growth and diversity ,and the access to accurate and appropriate information for the researcher has become difficult , this prompted many specialists and organizations for electronic publishing to think about organizing this information and facilitating the process of retrieval. In order for this organization to take place, mechanisms must be provided to facilitate the process of accessing and making information sources available, and the developments of the web have helped in this, especially the semantic web and the technologies that emerged from it. ,as classification, which is one of the most important stages of organization. The classification of information sources on the Internet requires special techniques for organizing content on the Internet, the most important of them is the folksonomy technique, in which dependent on beneficiaries in the process of describing the available information, and Ontology, which is used to denote the building blocks, that are used in the fields of artificial intelligence and systems engineering .These mechanisms have contributed to the classification of information sources as accurately as possible, and thus the ease of retrieval and availability, and opened the door for the beneficiaries to actively participate in this process. |
