| Abstract: | تمثلت هذه الدراسة في إبراز مدى مساهمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية في أنظمة المعلومات، فهي آلية لاستماع لتوقعي للمحيط ،تلعب دورا مهم وفعال في المنظمة في توفير المعلومات اللازمة التي تؤهلها لمواجهة التحديات ومجابهة الأخطار كما تساعد في الرصد والتوقع بالتغيرات الحاصلة في البيئة أو المحيط قبل وقوعها واستباقية الأحداث في اقتناص الفرص وتجنب التهديدات ذلك لضمان البقاء والاستمرارية المحافظة واتخاذ القرارات المعلقة بالمستقبل فاليقظة الاستراتيجية لها خاصية التنبؤ بالمتغيرات الحاصة في البيئة الخارجية ومتابعة ومراقبة لمحيطها الداخلي وما سيحدث مستقبلا فهي تعمل على الواقع و المأمول ،فبظهور التطور المتسارع في تكنلوجيا المعلومات والتغيرات الجذرية التي عرفها عالم الأعمال في تداول المعلومات والوثائق وفق تقنيات جديدة ووسائل متطورة جعل المؤسسات خاصة الاقتصادية منها في تبني نظام المعلومات الحديثة ويقظتها الدائمة في توفيرها ضمن متطلبات البيئة الخارجية ومواكبتها لمتغيرات لذا تعمل على الحفاظ على المكانة لدى محيطها. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع استخدام اليقظة الاستراتيجية على مستوى بنك التنمية المحلية بفرندة في عملية اتخاذ القرارات ومتابعة التغيرات سواء في البيئة الداخلية من خلال عملية تسيير وادارة نظم المعلومات (الوثائق الإلكترونية) كونها أحد الفروع ذات أهمية بارزة في المجتمع تميزها المنافسة تلتزم بتوفير المعلومات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب ناهيك على طبيعة تعاملاتها الإلكترونية التي تتطلب تعاملات واستخدامات ضمن وثائق الإلكترونية مما يستدعي تبني نظام معلومات يساعد على التسيير الأمثل للوثائق الالكترونية المختلفة وذلك يستدعي اليقظة الاستراتيجية في البيئة الداخلية و البيئة الخارجية. |
| Description: | This study is represented in highlighting the extent to which strategic vigilance contributes to information systems, as it is a mechanism to listen to our expectations of the environment. It plays an important and effective roles in the organization of providing the necessary information that qualifies it to face challenges and confront dangers. It also helps in monitoring and anticipating changes in the environment or ocean before they occur and anticipating events. In seizing opportunities and avoiding threats, this is to ensure survival, conservative continuity, and decision-making related to the future. Strategic vigilance has the property of predicting changes in the external environment, following up and monitoring its internal surroundings and what will happen in the future. It works on reality and aspiration. Following the emergence of the accelerated development in information technology and the radical changes that the world has known. Business is in the circulation of information and documents according to new technologies and advanced means, making institutions especially economic ones in adopting modern information systems and their constant vigilance in providing them with the requirements of the external environment and keeping pace with changes. Thus, it works to maintain its position in its surroundings. This study aims to discover the reality of using strategic vigilance at the level of the Local Development Bank in Frenda in the decision-making process and following up on changes both in the internal environment through the process of managing information systems (electronic documents), being one of the branches of outstanding importance in society which is distinguished by competition and committed to providing appropriate information In a timely manner. In addition to the nature of its electronic transactions that require transactions and uses within electronic documents which calls for the adoption of an information system that helps in the optimal management of various electronic documents. This calls for strategic vigilance in the internal and external environments. |
