| Abstract: | تبنت الجزائر في الألفيات سياسة مالية توسعية تمثلت في سياسة الانعاش الاقتصادي، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء تقييم لهذه البرامج عن طريق مدى نجاحها في التخفيض من مستويات البطالة، حيث بينت الدراسة أثر هذه البرامج في التخفيض من معدلات البطالة حيث وصل إلى 9% سنة 2013 بعدما كان 27.3 % سنة 2001، وكذلك زيادة فرص الشغل سواء الدائمة أو المؤقتة، ولكن يبقى أثر هذه البرامج على زيادة معدلات التشغيل ضئيلا ومحدودا ويرجع السبب إلى ضعف ومرونة الجهاز الإنتاجي. |
