dc.description	Algeria has adopted an expansionary fiscal policy in alavinat was the economic recovery policy, so this study aims to evaluate these programs through their success in the reduction of unemployment, Where these programs impact study on reduction of unemployment rates reaching 9% in 2013 after was 27.3% in 2001, and so increase the permanent or temporary employment, But the impact of these programs to increase operating rates low and limited due to weak and flexible production machine.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تبنت الجزائر في الألفيات سياسة مالية توسعية تمثلت في سياسة الانعاش الاقتصادي، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء تقييم لهذه البرامج عن طريق مدى نجاحها في التخفيض من مستويات البطالة، حيث بينت الدراسة أثر هذه البرامج في التخفيض من معدلات البطالة حيث وصل إلى 9% سنة 2013 بعدما كان 27.3 % سنة 2001، وكذلك زيادة فرص الشغل سواء الدائمة أو المؤقتة، ولكن يبقى أثر هذه البرامج على زيادة معدلات التشغيل ضئيلا ومحدودا ويرجع السبب إلى ضعف ومرونة الجهاز الإنتاجي.	en_US
