| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع القطاع الصناعي الجزائري وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الاستراتجية الصناعية الجديدة التي تهدف إلى تطويره و تفعيل برامج التنويع الاقتصادي الجديدة و تقييم مساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية خلال السنوات الأخيرة للفترة 2010-2019 ولقد تبين لنا أن الجزائر رغم انتهاجها لهذه الاستراتجية إلا أن النتائج المتواصل إليها تؤكد على محدودية المساهمة الاقتصادية للقط اع الصناعي في الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة، و دليل ذلك هشاشة قدرة القطاع على تنويع الانتاج الصناعي المحلي، وضعف نسبة امتصاصه للبطالة، و على التقليل من فاتورة الواردات، و كذا على ترقية الصادرات الصناعية خارج المحروقات. |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the reality of the Algerian industrial sector by addressing the new industrial strategy that aims to develop it and activate the new economic diversification programs and evaluate its contribution to economic development during the last years for the period 2010-2019 , and it became clear to us that Algeria despite its adoption of this strategy but its continuous results confirm the limited economic contribution of the industrial sector in Algeria during this period, and this evidenced by the fragility of the sector’s ability to diversify industrial production, the reduction of the import bill, as well as the promotion of industrial exports outside of hydrocarbons |
