| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو ملائمة برامج التكوين لمتطلبات سوق العمل تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته مع طبيعة الموضوع. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان على عينة مكونة من 30 أستاذا في تخصص علم النفس العمل و التنظيم من بعض جامعات الوطن تمثلت في : جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت جامعة الجيلالي اليابس سيدي بلعباس ، جامعة وهران 2 ، جامعة حمة لخضر الوادي ،جامعة محمد لمين دباغي سطيف ، جامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس مستغانم ، جامعة العربي بن مهيدي ام البواقي ، جامعة باتنة 1 .بعد تحليل البيانات خلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : 1- اتجاهات ايجابية نحو ملائمة برامج التكوين في علم النفس العمل و التنظيم لمتطلبات سوق العمل 2- اتجاهات ايجابية للاساتذة الجامعية نحو الامكانيات البشرية و المادية للبرامج التكوينية في علم النفس العمل و التنظيم لمتطلبات سوق العمل . 3- اتجاهات ايجابية للاساتذة الجامعية نحو ملائمة القدرات و المهارات المكتسبة من البرامج التكوينية في عمل النفس العمل و التنظيم لمتطلبات سوق العمل 4- اتجاهات سلبية للاساتذة الجامعية نحو ملائمة القدرات و المهارات المكتسبة من البرامج التكوينية في عمل النفس العمل و التنظيم لمتطلبات سوق العمل . |
| Description: | The study aimed to identify the teachers' attitudes towards the appropriateness of training programs to the requirements of the labor market. The descriptive approach was followed for its relevance to the nature of the subject. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 30 professors in the psychology of work and organization from some universities in the country. After analyzing the data, the study concluded the following results: 1. Positive attitudes towards the suitability of training programs in work psychology and organization to the requirements of the labor market. 2. Positive attitudes of university professors towards the human and material capabilities of training programs in work psychology and organization for the requirements of the labor market. 3. Positive attitudes of university professors towards adapting the capabilities and skills acquired from training programs in work psychology and organization to the requirements of the labor market. 4. Negative attitudes of university professors towards adapting the capabilities and skills acquired from training programs in work psychology and organization to the requirements of the labor market. |
