| dc.description | This study aimed to reveal the relationship between the school climate and the self-effectiveness of middle school students, where the field study was with the average new completion in Dahmouni Tiaret and therefore the study dealt with two main variables: the school climate and self-effectiveness, where the sample consisted of 50 pupils and was selected randomly and from this applied to them two questionnaires for the first study climate consisting of 30 paragraphs distributed over the following dimensions: The student's relationship with the teacher, the student's relationship with the school climate, the student's relationship with the administration, the student's relationship with the building and location, the student's relationship with school equipment and facilities, and the second is related to self-effectiveness consisting of 30 paragraphs distributed in the following dimensions: initiative, effort, perseverance, and then verification of its characteristics seiko metric (honesty and stability) in addition to the statistical methods of link factor Pearson and the alpha crow nabach link factor based on the appropriate curriculum, which is the descriptive method. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المناخ المدرسي و الفاعلية الذاتية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة حيث كانت الدراسة الميدانية بمتوسطة الاكمالية الجديدة بالدحموني تيارت و عليه فقد تناولت الدراسة متغيرين اساسين هما المناخ المدرسي و الفاعلية الذاتية , حيث تكونت العينة من 50 تلميذ و تلميذة و اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية و انطلاقا من هذا طبق عليهم استبيانين الاول خاص بالمناخ المدرسي و المكون من 30 فقرة موزعة على الابعاد التالية :علاقة التلميذ بالاستاذ ،علاقة التلميذ بالمناخ الدراسي،علاقة التلميذ بموصفات المبنى و الموقع ،علاقة التلميذ بالتجهيزات المدرسية و مرافقها ، و الثاني خاص بالفاعلية الذاتية و المكون من 30 فقرة موزعة على الابعاد التالية : المبادرة المجهود ، المثابرة ، و ثم التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية (الصدق و الثبات) اضافة الى الاساليب الاحصائية و المتمثلة في معامل الارتباط الفا كرونباخ و ذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج المناسب و هو المنهج الوصفي. | en_US |
