| dc.description | This study aimed to identify the relationship between the leadership pattern and morale of professors and administrators at Ibn Khaldun University. The descriptive curriculum was used to suit the subject of our study. A sample study of 130 professors and administrators was selected by means of the intentional sample. There were 71 phrases, and for the discharge and processing of data, the SPSS programme was used. Our findings include: The existence of a relationship between the style of leadership and morale of the workers of higher education institutions at Ibn Khaldun University. A relationship between the democratic pattern and the level of morale at 0.01. A relationship between the dictatorial pattern and the level of morale at the level of significance 0.01 Having a relationship between the laxative pattern and the level of morale at the level of semantics 0.01 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بین نمط القیادة والروح المعنویة لدى الأساتذة والإداریین في جامعة ابن خلدون، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتلاؤمه مع موضوع د ا رستنا، كما تم اختیار عینة د ا رسة من( 130 ) أساتذة وإداریین بجامعة ابن خلدون تیارت عن طریق العینة القصدیة، ولجمع البیانات تم الاعتماد على استبیان لقیاس النمط القیادي ومقیاس لقیاس الروح المعنویة لدى الم وظفین. وبلغ عدد العبا ا رت ( 71 ) عبارة،ولأجل تفریغ ومعالجة البیانات تم الاستعانة ببرنامج الح زمة ومن النتائج التي توصلنا إلیه: ،(SPSS) الإحصائیة -1 وجود علاقة بین نمط القیادة والروح المعنویة لدى عمال مؤسسات التعلیم العالي في جامعة ابن خلدون. . -2 _وجود علاقة بین النمط الدیمق ا رطي ومستوى الروح المعنویة عند مستوى دلالة 0,01 -3 _وجود علاقة بین النمط الدكتاتوري ومستوى الروح المعنویة عند مستوى الدلالة 0,01 -4 .وجود علاقة بین النمط التسیبي ومستوى الروح المعنویة عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 . | en_US |
