| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مدى مساهمة لوائح السلامة المهنية في الحد من حوادث العمل في القطاع الصناعي و تحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الادوات التالية : 1- مقابلات مع مسؤول الوقاية و الامن الصناعي مو مع بعض العمال بالورشات لمعرفة الاجراءات المتخذة للوقاية من حوادث 2- دليل شبكة الملاحظة للكشف عن تطبيق الفعلي للوائح السلامة المهنية اجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها 40 عاملا مقسمة على اربعة ورشات ، بموقع GPLبمدينة تيارت و التي اسفرت على النتائج التالية : 1- تطبيق اللوائح الارشادية و الاجبارية 2- غياب تام للوائح التحذرية 3- نقص في تطبيق لوائح الممنوعات 4- اقتراح نموذج وقائي للحد من حوادث العمل و ذلك بوضع اللوائح في مكانها المناسب . |
| Description: | The present study aims to reveal the extent to which occupational safety regulations contribute to reducing the reduction of work accidents in the industrial sector and to achieving the study's objectives. The following tools have been used: 1. Interviews with Prevention and Industrial Security Officer and some workers with workshops to learn about measures taken to prevent accidents 2. Observation tool kit to detect the actual application of occupational safety regulations. This study was conducted on a sample of 40 workers divided by 4 workshops, on the GPL site in the city of Tiaret, which yielded the following results: 1.Application of guiding and compulsory regulations 2.Total absence of warning regulations 3. Lack of prohibition regulations. Propose a preventive model for reducing accidents by putting regulations in place |
