dc.description.abstractthe aim of this Work is the drug release of amoxicillin from prepared and characterized microparticles at different reconstituted pH. The AMO was encapsulated in ethylcellulose and sucrose bpolymers and other different excipients by evaporation of solvent technique. The prepared microparticles were characterized by FTIR, AXS and Microscopy (MO and SEM). The obtenued microspheres are spherical, rigid with variable porosity and encapsulation rate. The release of AMO is carried out from the microspheres, which are immersed in the reconstituted pH (1,2-4,5-6,7 and 7,3( at T = 37°C. The application of mathematical models of Higuchi, Korsmeyer-Peppas, and Hixon_crowell to our results shows that the release of active agents is governed mainly by the diffusion phenomenon. Part of our work, focuses on the study of antibiotic activity by the disk diffusion method, with three standardized strain; E. coli, S.aureus, Pseudomonas. This studyen_US
