| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الفروق في سمات الشخصية لدى المتفوقين و المتاخرين دراسيا من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي ، و للتحقق من ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي من خلال التطبيق على عين ة تكونت من (335) تلميذا و تلميذة ، منهم (166) تلميذ متفوق و (169) متاخر ، و تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ، حيث طبق عليهم مقياس سمات الشخصية من اعداد محمد علي محسن شارب (2007) و تكون من (60) فقرة موزعة على عشرة ابعاد هي ( تقدير الذات ، التوتر، الاتزان الانفعالي ، الاجتماعية ، القيادة ، المغامرة ، الاستقلال ، الانفتاح ، المرونة ، الدافعية للانجاز ) |
| Description: | The study aimed to identify the differences in the personality traits of the outstanding and the academically late students of the secondary stage. And they were chosen in an intentional way, as the personality traits scale prepared by Muhammad Ali Mohsen Sharp (2007) was applied to them, and it consisted of (60) items distributed over ten dimensions: (self-esteem - tension - emotional balance - social - leadership - adventure - independence - Openness - flexibility - achievement motivation) and after using the statistical treatment Spss, the study reached the following results: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the hypothetical average and the arithmetic average in the personality traits of the academically superior students in the secondary stage, and these traits were represented in (self-esteem - social - leadership - adventure - independence - openness), while there are no statistically significant differences in ( Tension - emotional balance - flexibility - motivation to achieve |
