| Résumé: | ىدفت الد ا رسة إلى معرفة دور مدير المدرسة الإبتدائية في رفع مستوى الفاعمية الذاتية المينية للؤساتذة، ولتحقيق ىذا اليدف صممت استبانة لقياس مستوى الفاعمية الذاتية المينية للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي، ولقد طبق عمى عينة مكونة من 66 أستاذ واتبعنا في كل الد ا رسة عمى المنيج الوصفي التحميمي. وبعد جمع البيانات و تحميميا تم الوصول إلى النتائج التالية: لمدير المدرسة الإبتدائية دور في رفع مستوى الفاعمية الذاتية المينية للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي. لمدير المدرسة الإبتدائية دور في رفع مستوى التقييم الذاتي للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي. لمدير المدرسة الإبتدائية دور في رفع مستوى التخطيط للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي. لمدير المدرسة الإبتدائية دور في رفع وضع الأىداف للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي. لمدير المدرسة الإبتدائية دور في رفع مستوى حل المشكلبت للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي. لمدير المدرسة الإبتدائية دور في رفع مستوى المعمومات المينية للؤساتذة من وجية نظر أساتذة التعميم الإبتدائي. |
| Description: | The studyaimed to know the role of the primaryschool principal in raising the level of teachers’ professional self-efficacy.To achievethis goal, a questionnaire wasdesigned to measure the level of teachers’ professional self-efficacyfrom the point of view of primaryschoolteachers.It wasapplied to a sample of 60 professors, and wefollowed the descriptive analyticalmethod in all the study.Aftercollecting and analyzing the data, the followingresultswereobtained : The primaryschool principal has a role in raising the level of teachers’ professional self-efficacyfrom the primaryeducationteachers’ point of view. The primaryschool principal has a role in raising the self-evaluation of teachersfrom the viewpoint of primaryschoolteachers. The primaryschool principal has a role in raisingteachers’ planning from the primaryeducationteachers’ point of view. The primaryschool principal has a role in raising the goals setting for teachersfrom the point of view of primaryeducationteachers.
