dc.description	The current study aimed to know the perceptions of school and professional guidance counselors of the activity of hearing cells and follow-up in reducing conflicts within the school environment at the secondary education stage, the study has been defined by the analytical descriptive curriculum, and the study was conducted on 49 institutions RA in Tiart and Tsmselt state, so we based on the study on a questionnaire from Preparing the two students, and after studying some of its sycometric properties (honesty and stability) to make sure its validity for use on the basic sample, we reached the following results: School and professional guidance counselors imagine listening and followup cells to reduce conflict within the school setting at the secondary school level. There are no statistical differences in the perceptions of guidance, school and professional guidance counselors regarding the activity of hearing cells and follow-up in reducing conflicts within the school environment at the secondary school stage. A tribute to the variation of university major. dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة تصورات مستشاري التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي و المهني لفاعلية خلايا الاصغاء و المتابعة في التقليل من النزاعات داخل الوسط المدرسي بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي ، و قد تححدت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،و تم اجراء الدراسة على 49 مستشارا بولاية تيارت و تيسمسيلت ،بحيث اعتمدنا في الدراسة على استبيان من اعداد الطالبتين ، و بعد دراسة بعض خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق و الثبات ) للتاكد من صلاحيته لاستخدامه على العينة الاساسية توصلنا الى النتائج التالية : يتصور مستشاري التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي و المهني ان الخلايا الاصغاء و المتابعة في التقليل من النزاعات داخل الوسط المدرسي التعليم الثانوي .لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تصورات مستشاري التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي و المهني لفعالية خلايا الاصغاء و المتابعة في التقليل من النزاعات داخل الوسط المدرسي بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغيرالخبرة المهنية .	en_US
