| Abstract: | تتمحور دراستنا حول أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على التشغيل، وبيان اهتمام الجزائر بتحسين مناخها الاستثماري وتطهير بيئة اعمالها، خلال توفير الاطار القانوني والتنظيمي من اجل الظفر بأكبر قدر ممكن من تدفقات الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر، بالاضافة الى العمل على تحسين مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي ومحاولة جعلها اكثر استقرارا وفي مستويات مقبولة ، والتي من ابرزها توفير مناصب عمل وتخفيض معدلات البطالة، بحيث تعتبر هذه الاخيرة اخطر المشاكل التي تواجه الاقتصاد الجزائري. ومن خلال دراستنا في الفترة 2010/2020 توصلنا بان الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر يساهم في توفير مناصب الشغل ولو بنسبة قليلة مقارنة بما تقوم به الدولة بتوظيفه خلال هذه الفترة. |
| Description: | Our study focuses on the impact of foreign direct investment on employment, and an observation of Algeria's interest in improving its investment climate and purifying its business environment, by providing the legal and regulatory framework in order to to obtain the greatest possible number of flows of foreign direct investment. , in addition to working on improving macroeconomic indicators and trying to make them more stable and at acceptable levels, including the creation of jobs and the reduction of unemployment rates, the latter being considered the most serious problems facing the Algerian economy. Through our study on the period 2010/2020, we found that foreign direct investment contributes to job creation, even if it is at a low percentage, compared to what the State employs during this period. |
