| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح ماهية الصناعات الغذائية حيث وجدنا أنها على أنها فرع من فروع الصناعات التحويلية التي تقوم بتحويل المواد الخام الزراعية سواء منها النباتية أو الحيوانية قصد إشباع الحاجات الإنسانية، وكذا تحديد فروعها في الجزائر والعلاقة التي تربطها بالقطاعات الأخرى، كما هدفت أيضا إلى التعرف على واقع الصناعة الغذائية في الجزائر، ومعرفة البرامج التي سطرتها الجزائر من أجل النهوض بهذا القطاع، والآفاق التي أعدتها مستقبلا من أجل بناء قطاع غذائي متميز. |
| Description: | This study aimed to clarify the nature of the food industry, as we found that it is a branch of the manufacturing industries that transfer agricultural raw materials, whether vegetable or animal, in order to satisfy human needs, as well as identify their branches in Algeria and the relationship they have with other sectors, and also aimed to identify On the reality of the food industry in Algeria, and knowledge of the programs that Algeria has designed for the advancement of this sector, and the prospects it has prepared for the future in order to build a distinguished food sector. |
