dc.description	The aim of the present study is to observe and recognize the occupational risks at NAFTAL ENTERPRISE- TIARET, and to identify the causing factors for such phenomenon, To achieve the objectives of the study, the following tools were used: 1- Participatory Risk Screening to single out the risks that occur at the workplace, 2- conducting an interview with over 100 employees from different units across -NAFTAL ENTREPRISE- to identify the causes behind the spread of the workplace hazards. The study revealed the following results: 1.Strong indicators that are manifested in the following: Organizational risks, Chemical risks (including fire, and explosions), Psychological, and Social risks, Health risks (lack of physical comfort, and poor posture). 2. Among the causing contributions for the increase of the threat at the workplace are: Lack of coaching, and training for workers, Ignoring health regulations, Not taking necessary, and punitive measures against those who violate health regulations, Workplace pressure; time constraints, poor, and unprofessional environment at work.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تشخيص المخاطر المهنية السائدة بمؤسسة نفطا ل لولاية تيارت، ومعرفة العوامل المتسببة في انتشارهذه المخاطر المهنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الأدوات التالية: 1 دليل التشاور ديباريس للكشف عن المخاطر المهنية -مختلف الوحدات ال تابعة لمؤسسة نفطال . وأسفرت على النتائج التالية: وجود مؤشرات عالية تدل على انتشار المخاطر التالية: مخاطر تنظيمية، مخاطر كيميائية، مخاطر الحريق والانفجار، مخاطر وضعيات - العمل، مخاطر الحوادث، مخاطر نفسية اجتماعية. من بين العوامل المؤدية لانتشار المخاطر المهنية: نقص تكوين وتدريب العمال، عدم التقيد بقواعد الصحة والسلامة، عدم اتخاذ الإجراءات العقابية ضد المخالفين لقواعد الصحة والسلامة، وتيرة العمل والقيود الزمنية وعلاقات العمل.	en_US
