dc.description	The global knowledge scene has recently witnessed many developments, which in turn were reflected in the re-dyeing of the features of the global banking system, and these features began to become clear with the wave of economic globalization in a way that resulted in many challenges that became facing banks, and the most important of these challenges were represented in the globalization of financial services and known Local banks face strong competition from global banks and powerful banking entities that have advanced technology and experience. This study allowed us to stand on the most important elements of the Algerian banks' work strategy to meet the challenges of globalization. The banking system as a whole has many options and capabilities that allow achieving its main objective of ensuring continuity and securing a place for it within the global competition.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	شهدت الساحة المعرفية العالمية في الآونة الأخيرة العديد من التطورات والتي انعكست بدورىا على إعادة صباغة ملامح النظام المصرفي العالمي،ولقد بدأت تلك الملامح تتضح مع موجة العولمة الاقتصادية بشكل نتج عنو العديد من التحديات التي أصبحت تواجو البنوك، وتمثلت أىم ىذه التحديات في عولمة الخدمات المالية وتعرف البنوك المحلية الى منافسة قوية من طرف البنوك العالمية والكيانات المصرفية القوية التي تتمتع بخبرة وتكنولوجيا متقدمة. سمحت لنا ىذه الدراسة من الوقوف على أىم عناصر إستراتيجية عمل البنوك الجزائرية لمواجهة تحديات العولمة، فقد أصبح من الضروري على البنوك الجزائرية في ظل التطورات المتلاحقة التي يشهدىا المجال المصرفي وضع إستراتيجية عمل تمكنها من تعظيم الاستفادة من ايجابيات التحديات الراىنة، وفي ىذا النطاق تتوفر للبنوك الجزائرية والجهاز المصرفي ككل العديد من الخيارات والإمكانات التي تسمح بتحقيق ىدفها الأساسي والمتمثل في ضمان الاستمرارية وحجز مكانة لها ضمن المنافسة العالمية.	en_US
