| Abstract: | لقد شهد العالم بمختلف أرجائه في الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين حركة واسعة النطاق والانتشار للمصارف الإسلامية حيث تمكنت هذه الأخيرة وبسرعة مذهلة من بناء مؤسساتها وتثبيت دعائمها والتفاعل مع بيئاتها وارتياد مختلف آفاق العمل المصرفي المتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية والتي حققت نجاحا ملحوظا بتقديمها لهذا العمل بصيغ تمويلية بعيدة عن قاعدة الربا، والتي ترتكز عليها المصارف العادية. لقد أصبحت المصارف الإسلامية حقيقة ملموسة وظاهرة متميزة استحوذت تفكير العديد من المفكرين حتى الغربيين منهم وهذا من خلال تجاربهم في هذا المجال والنجاح الذي حققته ذا مردودية مرتفعة مما حفز المتعاملين على تقديم ودائعهم لدى هذه المصارف. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم المصرف الإسلامي وأساليب تمويله وتجاربه في الدول الإسلامية وغير الإسلامية. |
| Description: | In the last quarter of the twentieth century, the world witnessed a large-scale movement and spread of Islamic banks, where the latter was able, with an amazing speed, to build their institutions, establish their foundations, interact with their environments, and pioneer the various horizons of banking in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, which achieved remarkable success by providing this work in financing formulas. Far from the usury base, on which normal banks rest. Islamic banks have become a tangible reality and a distinct phenomenon that has captured the thinking of many thinkers, even Western ones, and this is through their experiences in this field and the success they achieved with high profitability, which motivated the dealers to submit their deposits with these banks. This study aims to shed light on the concept of the Islamic bank, its financing methods, and its experiences in Islamic and non-Islamic countries |
