| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الشمول المالي في تحسن جودة الخدمة البنكية في البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA وكالة 504 تيارت وذلك من خلال البحث عن العلاقة بين أبعاد الشمول المالي (الوصول إلى الخدمة المالية، إستخدام المالية، جودة الخدمة المالية) وأبعاد جودة الخدمة البنكية (الإحتمالية، الإستجابة، الملموسية، الأمان والثقة، التعاطف) ، ولقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي الاحصائي، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة حيث وزع 40استبيان واسترجع37 منه بالاعتماد على مخرجات SPSS تم اكتشاف مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود تأثير ايجابي معنوي لجودة الخدمة البنكية على الشمول المالي |
| Description: | This study aimed to find out the financial role of inclusion in improving the quality of banking service in the National Bank of Algeria BNA agency 504 Tiaret, the spectrum through research on the relationship between financial inclusion dimensions (access to financial services, use of financial service, the quality of financial service) and the dimensions of the quality of service banking (probabilistic, response, tangibility, safety and trust, empathy) In this study, we have followed the descriptive analytical and statistic method and the use of the questionnaire as a study tool Therefore, 43 questionnaires were distributed and 37 were taken back from then depending on the output spss Some results have been discovered: One of the most results which have been discovered is the presence of the positive and more marking for the quality of the banking service to the financial inclusion. |
