| Abstract: | يتميز التمويل الإسلامي بتنوع الصيغ المالية وتوفير السيلولة اللازمة في كل مراحل انشائها عكس صيغ التمويل التقليدي الذي يكتفي بصيغة التمويل الوحيدة المتمثبة في القروض بفائدة، ان تحديث وعصرنة المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية أصبح ضرورة ملحة في المرحلة الراهنة لاستكمال مسار الاصلاحات النظام المصرفي الجزائري مرتبطا بتطوير الخدمات المصرفية. نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى ان البنوك الإسلامية تقدم مختلف أشكال التمويل وذلك بما يتماشى مع أحكام ومبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية وعدم التعامل بالربا الفائدة أخذا وعطاءا كما انها تعمل على دعم التنمية الاقتصادية مع تحقيق الربح من خلال نشاطها التجاري ، ونجاحها في تقديم العديد من الصيغ التمويلية التي تمتاز بالمرونة عالية في تمويل المؤسسات الاقتصادية . |

The modernization and modernization of the Algerian banking system has become an urgent necessity The current stage of completing the course of reforms in the Algerian banking system is linked to the development of banking services. We aim through this study to show that Islamic banks offer various forms of financing in line with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia.
