dc.description	The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between internet addiction and sleep disorders in an Algerian young man from a sample in Tiaret, the study also sought to identify the degree of addiction of the study sample on the internet, and whether she suffers from a sleep disorder, the study sample consisted of 80 Algerian young men from Tiaret and, to achieve the objectives of the study: Mr. Youssef's Internet Addiction Scale (2011). The sleep disorders scale of Anwar Hammouda al-Banna (2007). Recalculated their psychometric properties after their application in the local environment The following statistical methods were adopted: arithmetic averages, standard deviations and correlation coefficients, the sample was selected intentionally the study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant correlation between internet addiction and the level of sleep disorders. dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي العلاقة بين الإدمان على الانترنت واضطرابات النوم لدى الشاب الجزائري من عينة بولاية تيارت، كما سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة إدمان عينة الدراسة على الانترنت، وفيما أذا كانت تعاني من اضطرب النوم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 شاب جزائري من ولاية تيارت و، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، ولجمع المعلومات استخدمنا أداتين هما: مقياس إدمان الانترنت للسيد يوسف (2011 ). ومقياس اضطرابات النوم لأنور حموده البنا ( 2007 .) تمت إعادة حسابه خصائصهما السيكو مترية بعد تطبيقهما في البيئة المحلية . وقد تم اعتماد الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط، وقد اختيرت العينة القصدية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ادمان الانترنت ومستوى اضطرابات النوم. وجود مستوى مرتفع لإدمان الانترنت لدى الشاب الجزائري. وجود مستوى مرتفع لاضطرابات النوم لدى الشاب الجزائري	en_US
