Abstract:	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسة الصناعية صارل بوالي تيسمسيلت و لتحقيق هذا الهدف ثم إتباع المنهج الوصفي لتلائمه مع طبيعة الموضوع حيث تطبيق الاستبيان (جمع البيانات من أجل اختيار الفرضيات و التي تم تطبيقه على عينة من 55 عامل ) ثم معالجة البيانات بالاعتماد على برنامج spss عن طريق الأساليب الإحصائية التالية درجة الحرية T-test- القيمة الاحصائية sig معامل الفروق ANOVA أظهرت النتائج بأنه لا توجد فروق في مستوى الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسة الصناعية لشركة صارل بوالي لإنتاج الحليب بتيسمسيلت حيث جاء يقدر1,51= ANOVA عند مستوى الحالة 0.05
Description:	This study aimed at knowing the strategies of managing organizational conflict in the industrial enterprise Strachel Boali Tsemsilt to achieve this goal and then following the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the topic where the application of the questionnaire (collecting data for the selection of hypotheses and applied to a sample of 55 workers( Then processing the data based on the spss program through the following statistical methods the degree of freedom -T-test the statistical value sig the ANOVA differential coefficient. The results showed that there are no differences in the level of regulatory conflict in the industrial enterprise of Strhl Boali Milk Production Company in Tasmiselt where ANOVA = 1,51 came at the level of 0,05
