| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور القرض الإيجاري في تمويل المقاولاتية من خلال جزئيتها النظري والتطبيق، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف المفاىيم الأساسية للمقاولاتية وذكر مفهوم القرض الإيجاري وصيغة التمويلية ومراحل سيره وجوانبه وأهم العوامل المؤثرة في اتخاذ قرار التمويل للقرض الإيجاري، وهذا من خلال جزؤه النظري أما في الجزء التطبيقي، فقد قمنا بالتعريف بالوكالة وهيكلها التنظيمي وهدايا ودورها، كما قمنا بعرض مختلف الإجراءات التي يتبعها البنك البدر للتنمية الريفية_وكالة تيارت_ في تمويل المقاولاتية عن طريق صيغة الائتمان الإيجاري وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات واتباع المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي، ثم التوصل إلى نتائج وأهداف المطلوبة من هذه الدراسة |
| Description: | This study aims at the role of the lease loan in the financing of entrepreneurship through its theoretical and practical parts, by addressing the various basic concepts of entrepreneurship, and mentioning the concept of the lease loan, the financing formula, the stages of its progress and its aspects, and the most important factors affecting the decision to finance the lease loan, and this is through its theoretical part. In the applied part, we introduced the agency, its organizational structure, gifts and its role, and we also presented the various procedures followed by the Al-Badr Bank for Rural Development - Tiaret Agency - in financing entrepreneurship through the rental credit formula, using a set of tools and following the descriptive and analytical approaches, then arriving at the required results and objectives from this study. |
