| Résumé: | حاولنا من خلال دراستنا مناقشة الإضافة التي أدخلها مفهوم التأمين البنكي على القطاع الفلاحي الذي هو من أكثر المجالات المحفوفة بالمخاطر والأكثر عرضة لها، حيث طريقة التأمين التقليدية غالبًا ما لم تثبت نجاعتها وكفاءتها في تسيير المخاطر الفلاحية ، أو دعنا نقول أنه كان من الصعب عليها التعامل مع الصدمات المناخية والكوارث الطبيعية التي تتطلب تعويضات للفلاحين ، ما أثقل كاهل شركة التأمين و استلزم الأمر شريك ذو خبرة مالية وملاءة مالية ليعزز من قوتها، وهنا جاء دور البنك الذي يتوافقه مع شركة التأمين ظهر مفهوم صيرفة التأمين ، المفهوم الذي كان كالوقود بالنسبة للقطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق الإستمرارية والدعم اللازم من أجل السير الحسن للتنمية الزراعية. |
| Description: | Through our study, we tried to discuss the addition made by the concept of bank insurance to the agricultural sector, which is one of the most risky and most vulnerable areas. Where the traditional insurance method often did not prove its efficacy and efficiency in managing agricultural risks, or let's say that it was difficult for it to deal with climatic shocks and natural disasters that required compensation to farmers, which burdened the insurance company and required a partner with financial experience and financial solvency to enhance the Its strength, and here came the role of the bank, which corresponds with the insurance company, the concept of insurance banking appeared, the concept that was like fuel for the agricultural sector in achieving the continuity and support necessary for the good progress of agricultural development. |
