| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الى أثر الشمول المالي على التنمية الاقتصادية ودراسة مقارنة بين الجزائر وبعض الدول العربية من خلال التطرق لمفهوم الشمول المالي أهميته وأهدافه ودوره في التنمية والتركيز على مؤشراتهم ثم عرض كل من معوقات وحلول الشمول المالي والتنمية الاقتصادية. بينت النتائج ان الشمول المالي من خلال تجاربه يرجع بالنفع على الاقتصاد والمجتمع لانه يساهم في الحد من الفقر وتحقيق التنمية، واجهت الجزائر بعض الصعوبات في تجسيدها للشمول المالي وعدم وجود احصائيات له في الآونة الأخيرة، لذلك لابد من تحديد هذه الصعوبات ومعالجتها بدقة ، كتدعيم الركائز الأساسية للشمول المالي، وابتكار أدوات حديثة ذات تكلفة منخفضة لايصال الخدمات المصرفية الى كافة فئات المجتمع. |
| Description: | The study aims at the impact of financial inclusion on economic development and a comparative study between Algeria and some Arab countries, by addressing the concept of financial inclusion, its importance, objectives and role in development, and focusing on their indicators, then presenting both the obstacles and solutions of financial inclusion and economic development. The results showed that financial inclusion through its experiments is beneficial to the economy and society because it contributes to reducing poverty and achieving development. Algeria has faced some difficulties in its embodiment of financial inclusion and the lack of statistics for it in recent times, so these difficulties must be identified and addressed accurately. , such as strengthening the basic pillars of financial inclusion, and innovating modern tools with low cost that do not reach banking services to all segments of society. |
