dc.description	This study aimed at work trends in recruitment and training of employees in employment working in the Internal Regulation and Guidance Authority) in developing the innovative behavior of the National Bank of Algeria, the agency of Tiaret 540 (B.N.A). The study was collected in the sample of the study conducted by the work team, which was conducted by the work team in a planned project, with the aim of achieving its objectives. dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التسويق الداخلي بأبعاده (التوظيف وإختيار العاملين، تدريب العاملين، التحفيز والمكافآت، التمكين، الإتصال الداخلي) في تنمية السلوك الإبتكاري للموظفين لدى البنك الوطني الجزائري وكالة تيارت 540 وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عينة من الموظفين لدى المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وبعد تحديد مشكلة الدراسة وأسئلتها وفرضياتها تمت صياغة إستبيان يعكس متغيرات الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع ( 20 ) إستبيان، كما تم إستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية SPSS لإختبار فرضياتها وتحقيق اهدافها. وقد أظهرت هذه الدراسة أن للتسويق الداخلي دور في تنمية السلوك الإبتكاري، كما بينت النتائج وجود إرتباط قوي بين هذين المتغيرين.	en_US
