| Résumé: | جاءت الدراسة للوقوف على المكتبات الرقمية من حيث تعريفها و ماهيتها و اهميتها بالنسبة للجامعة و دورها الاستراتيجي لخدمة البحث العلمي و العلوم ككل و دورها البارز في تطوير اداء المكتبات من حيث الاتاحة و الاسترجاع و كذلك الوقوف على مفهوم المشروع بصفة عامة و اهمية ادارة المشاريع الرقمية في المكتبات و تم اختيار المكتبة المركزية لجامعة ابن خلدون بتيارت كنموذج للدراسة الميدانية التي اجريت و التي كشفت عن مقومات المكتبة لانشاء مكتبة رقمية خدمة للمستفدين و القراء و قد كانت الدراسة الميدانية كاملة من حيث التعريف و الخدمات التي تقدمها المكتبة و الموارد و المعدات و الموارد البشرية لمعرفة مدى جاهزية المكتبة للقيام باتكوين مشروع مكتبة رقمية |
| Description: | The study aims to determine the reality of digital libraries in terms of their definition, nature and importance to the university.Besides, its strategic role in the developing scientific research and science as a whole, and their prominent role in developing the performance of libraries in terms of retrieval and availability, as well as standing on the concept of the project in general and the basics of managing library projects. Digital in particular, and the focus was on the central library of Ibn Khaldun University - Tiaret - as a model for studying, introducing and presenting it to the beneficiaries and highlighting the ingredients and qualifications it possesses, leading to the field study to reveal and search for the readiness of this library to adopt a digital library project using the observation tools And the questionnaire, which was divided into two axes, the first dealt with the material and human capabilities possessed by the library, while the second, through which we wanted to know the extent of its readiness to launch the establishment of the digital transformation Project. The study concluded that the central library of Ibn Khaldun University is still far from the digital library environment, despite its leading position compared to the rest of the university's college libraries. |
