| Résumé: | ﺗﻬدف دراستنا هذه إلى ابراز دو ر التجارة لإلكترونية في تعزيز حرية التجارة الخارجية عبر الدول، عرفت التجارة عبر العصور تطورات كثيرة ومختلفة، وإن أهم ما يميزها في عصرنا هذا هو الدور الكبير لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والسعي للاستفادة من مزاياها لممارسة ما يعرف ﺑﺎلتجارة الإلكترونية التي ظهرت كأسلوب جديد لعرض السلع والخدمات وعقد الصفقات إلكترونينا بين مختلف دول العالم. حيث تعتبر التجارة الإلكترونية من أهم اﻟﻤﺠالات الاقتصادية إستخداما في دول العالم، وهذا ما جعل العديد من الدول تسعى إلى تطوير الأسس الخاصة ﺑﻬذا النوع من التجارة لأن الوضع الحالي يتطلب السرعة في مجال المعاملات التجارية وكذ ا إرضاء العملاء، ولعل التطور التكنولوجي خاصة في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية ساهم بشكل فعال في إحداث تغيرات جذرية في شتى اﻟﻤﺠالات. |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the role of electronic commerce in promoting freedom of foreign trade across countries. Trade has known many different developments throughout the ages, and the most important characteristic of it in our time is the great role of information and communication technology, and seeking to take advantage of its advantages to practice what is known as e-commerce, which has emerged as a new method for displaying goods and services and conducting electronic transactions between different countries of the world. Electronic commerce is considered one of the most important economic fields in the world. Hence many countries seek to develop the functions of this type due to the current situation that requires speed in the field of commercial transactions as Well as customer satifaction. Perhaps the technological development, especialy in the field of electronic commerce has effectively contributed to bringing about radical changes in various fields. |
